Jacob Schermetzler

Jacob Schermetzler has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bar Louie since February 2010. In this role, Jacob has demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills. Prior to Bar Louie, Jacob held the position of Assistant General Manager at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery from 2005 to 2009, where foundational experience in restaurant operations was developed.
