Teresa Haskins FCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of People at The Bar Standards Board since December 2020, Teresa previously held significant HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Facilities at The Commonwealth Secretariat and Director of HR and OD at The Health and Care Professions Council. Earlier positions included Director of Human Resources and Head of HR & Facilities at CILIP and Recruitment Manager at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine.
