Kait Helman

Kait Helman, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of People Operations at VergeSense since February 2022, having previously held positions as HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at DPS Group Global as Human Resources Coordinator, and at Encompass Health as both Human Resources Coordinator and Northeast Operations Coordinator. Kait's career began at the American Diabetes Association, where roles included Territory Operations Manager, East, and Executive Assistant, Area Operations Manager. Earlier experience also includes working as Receptionist/Ops Assistant at HPE SimpliVity. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with completion of a SHRM-CP Prep Course at the same institution in 2020.
