Jaime Francisco Benthem is a Performance and Simulation Engineer at BAR Technologies since January 2024. Previously, Jaime served as a Master's Project Student at North Sails, focusing on an MSc individual research project related to the aerodynamic performance of DynaRig Sail Powering designs. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Atkins, where research was conducted on hydrogen production and CCS techniques, alongside modeling a green ammonia production plant. Jaime also held the position of Head of Braking at Hyperloop Manchester, responsible for designing the braking system for the pod and presenting at the European Hyperloop Week competition. Additionally, a summer internship at Acer Espacios Naturales involved data collection and analysis regarding company performance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Advanced Computational Methods for Aeronautics from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester, along with a French Baccalaureate from the French International High School of Málaga.
