Cibby Pulikkaseril

Cibby Pulikkaseril is the Co-Founder and CTO at Baraja. Cibby was previously a project manager in the optical instrumentation group at Finisar Australia, investigating new technologies and integrating them into products that meet industry demands. There, they helped develop the WaveShaper, an programmable optical processor, and the WaveAnalyzer, a high speed, high resolution optical spectrum analyzer, both of which were successfully sold into many leading telecom research laboratories. Prior to that, they worked as a research assistant with the Waveguide Design team at JDS Uniphase to simulate, design and test prototype planar lightwave circuits for next-generation optical networks. Cibby began their career as an intern at TR Labs Edmonton.

Cibby Pulikkaseril has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney, an M.Eng in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta. Cibby also has a certification in Executive Leadership from LinkedIn.

They work with Yannick Lize - VP, Research & Development, Reshmi Buthello - VP, People & Culture, and Jim Kane - VP, Automotive Engineering & Head of Product. Their manager is Federico Collarte, Co-Founder & CEO. and Pieter Kerstens - VP, Engineering reports to Cibby Pulikkaseril.
