Mohammad Murad Hossain is a Commercial and Business Development Professional with extensive experience and a strong academic background, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Baraka Group since November 2017. Previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at ALIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED, where coordination with various departments and managing supply chain operations were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager and positions at Jovian Group, Dhaka-Beijing Dyeing & Weaving Industry Limited, and ASK Handicrafts Ltd., focusing on procurement, banking transactions, and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Eastern University and master's and bachelor's degrees in Social Sciences from National University, Bangladesh.
Baraka Group
Baraka Group is mainly engaged in power generation and garment business. It has started its journey in 2007 and at present it has four power generating companies located at Sylhet and Chattogram among which two of those are listed in stock markets. It also has an 100% export oriented readymade garments in Gazipur. Baraka Group has recently started operation of a Securities House.
