Marco Pazzi

Marco Pazzi is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Chief Information Officer at BARALAN since September 2025, Marco previously held key positions including EMEA IT Director and Business Application Director at Berlin Packaging from January 2021 to September 2025, and Europe IT Manager at BRUNI GLASS S.P.A. from March 2019 to January 2021. Earlier roles include Group IT Manager at Bracchi Group and IT Manager at SMS INNSE S.p.A. Prior to these positions, Marco began a career at Tele2 Italy, where responsibilities included Operations Manager and Internet Manager. Marco holds an MBA from Sole24Ore Business School and a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
