Emery Rubagenga

Emery Rubagenga is the Honorary Consul of Barbados in Rwanda, tasked with enhancing bilateral relations in trade, economy, culture, and science between the two countries. As the CEO of ROKA-Mining since 2008, Emery has played a significant role in making ROKA Rwanda the leading ore mining, processing, and exporting company in Rwanda. With an Honours Degree in Management from the National University of Rwanda, Emery has also received education from Maastricht School of Management.
