Rachel Jaakkola

Rachel Jaakkola, SPHR currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Barber-Nichols. Prior to their current role, Rachel had HR-related positions at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. and Colorado State University. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Colorado State University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Regis University, and is currently attending The Wharton School for the Chief Human Resources Officer Program.
