Rachel Cook, MA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Rachel began as an Assistant Director at North Central Camp Cherith in 2005 and later served as a Youth Development Specialist at St. Croix Valley YMCA. In 2009, Rachel joined Minnesota Autism Center where they worked in various roles, including Behavior Therapist, Lead Behavior Therapist, and ultimately became the Director of Human Resources. In 2013, they gained further experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ingersoll Rand. Most recently, Rachel joined EcoWater Systems LLC as a Human Resources Manager in 2018 and was subsequently promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources in March 2019.

Rachel Cook, MA, SHRM-SCP earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Summa Cum Laude degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Rachel attended the university from 2006 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Rachel completed their Master's degree from 2012 to 2014.
