Niccolò Bencini

Niccolò Bencini has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Co-founder, Chairman, and COO at Barberino's since October 2020. Niccolò co-founded the company in 2015 with their friend and former colleague Michele Callegari, after being inspired by their experiences in men's grooming salons in London. Niccolò held the role of Co-founder and administrator at Barberino's from June 2015 until October 2020.

In addition to their work at Barberino's, Niccolò has also been involved as an investor in Soccerment since December 2019 and in ARGEO since November 2018. Prior to these ventures, they worked as a Consultant at UniCredit, specifically in their Management Consultancy Unit, from September 2009 to October 2017. During their time at UniCredit, Niccolò was part of a team that provided management consultancy services to structures and Legal Entities of UniCredit Group worldwide.

Niccolò Bencini pursued their education at Università Bocconi from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Laurea Specialistica in Economia aziendale e management. During their time at Università Bocconi, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2008, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in 2008, they joined CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree, though the specific field of study is not mentioned.
