Erik Dove

Erik Dove has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Erik started their career as an attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP, specializing in environmental and general business litigation. Erik then transitioned into the banking sector, working at US Bank and TCF Bank as a Vice President and managing commercial middle market lending groups. Erik later joined DEH Family Holdings LLC as Vice Chair and Chief Operating Officer. Erik also held various roles at Associated Bank, including Senior Vice President, where they managed the Commercial Banking group. Erik then became the Managing Partner at Cornerstone Advisory Solutions, LLC before starting their own company, Dove Advisors LLC, where they served as the President. Erik's most recent position was at the Barbershop Harmony Society, where they held the roles of CFO/COO and Chief Financial Officer. Throughout their career, Erik has gained expertise in financial management, commercial lending, relationship banking, and advisory services.

Erik Dove completed their undergraduate education at Wabash College from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree with a major in Mathematics & German. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law from 1988 to 1991, obtaining a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Afterward, Erik pursued further education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
