Tammy Barber is the Owner and Chief Operating Officer. She provides the vision and leadership to ensure the operational and financial strength of the company, coordinates parallel execution of all procedures and systems to achieve the objectives and timelines, oversees Human Resources. She also source, interview and hire executive team and negotiate compensation and benefits. She ensures the financial solvency of the company, creates capital adequacy plan and secure external investment. She protects the company, ensures that all company operations and relationships are properly contracted and in accordance with state and federal law. She selects and liaise with legal firms, compile, organize and catalog all legal documents for company security. Secures exclusive international rights to Gerald Barber’s IP for onshore wind turbines up to 1.6MW.
