Rob Wishart

Rob Wishart has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Rob started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Project Manager at Lincoln Management (Bacardi). From there, they worked as a Systems Support Analyst at Erinaceous from 2004 to 2007, and then as a Systems Support Team Leader at Erinaceous Insurance Services from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Rob joined Barbon Insurance Group where they held various positions including Systems Support Manager, IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager, and Group Data Manager. Rob served as the Management Information and Systems Infrastructure Manager from 2014 to 2015, and later became the Head of Business Intelligence from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Rob holds the position of Head of Business Change at Barbon Insurance Group.

Rob Wishart received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computing from Leeds Beckett University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.
