Varvara Uusküla

Varvara Uusküla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Varvara is currently the Head of Operations at Barbora Eesti, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Regional Manager at Bauhof Group AS from March 2022 to January 2023, where they achieved business goals and revenue targets. At PEPCO CEE, Varvara worked as an Area Manager from February 2018 to February 2022, demonstrating their leadership skills. Before that, they held the position of Store Manager at Lindex from May 2014 to January 2018. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Managerial Assistant at SOS Children's Villages International in January 2014. Varvara's earlier role was as a Shift Duty Manager at airBaltic from September 2010 to July 2011.

Varvara Uusküla completed their education in a chronological order. Varvara pursued their Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Estonian Aviation Academy from the year 2004 to 2008. Later, they joined Euroacademy in 2008 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Management in the year 2010. In addition to their formal education, Varvara Uusküla obtained a certification in the "Sales manager +" development program from PRO Business Solutions s.r.o. in September 2021.
