Alisa Gray

Alisa Gray has extensive work experience in the legal field. Alisa is currently the Director of Learning at BARBRI Global since July 2021. Prior to this role, they worked for BARBRI Altior as the Director of Business Development from April 2017 to July 2021. Alisa also had a successful freelance career as a Law Consultant from February 2011 to April 2017. Alisa gained valuable experience at reputable law firms including Linklaters, where they worked as a Law Consultant from October 2003 to July 2007, and Allen & Overy, where they served as a Senior Associate from September 1998 to August 2003. Alisa began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Wilde Sapte from 1996 to 1998.

Alisa Gray has a diverse and extensive educational background. Alisa began their studies in 1991 at the University of Oxford, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. This program lasted for three years, concluding in 1994. After completing their undergraduate studies, Alisa attended The University of Law from 1994 to 1996. In 2017, Alisa returned to academia and enrolled at City, University of London for their Master of Science degree in Organisational Psychology. This program spanned from 2017 to 2019. Building on their passion for this field, Alisa is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organisational Psychology at the same institution. Alisa'sdoctoral studies commenced in 2020 and are expected to be completed in 2024.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Alisa has obtained a certification in psychometrics, specifically the BPS Test User Certificate in Occupational Ability and Personality. This certification, awarded by The British Psychological Society, demonstrates their proficiency in administering and interpreting psychometric tests related to workplace abilities and characteristics.
