Lilia Greenwald

Lilia Greenwald, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development at TELUS Digital since February 2025. Prior to this role, Lilia held the position of Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development at WillowTree, a TELUS Digital Company, from January 2024 to February 2025. Lilia's extensive experience at CFA Institute spanned nearly a decade, where notable roles included Director of Talent Development and Senior Manager of Organizational Development.
