Shane Brady

Shane Brady is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community safety, security operations, and leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Community Safety and Security at Barbuda Ocean Club since June 2023, Shane has previously held significant roles including Area Vice President at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from 2022 to May 2023, and Vice President of Operations at Quality Building Services (QBS) & Quality Protection Services (QPS) from 2018 to 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Operations at Hard Eight Restaurant Corporation, Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Abbott Laboratories, and service as an Infantry Captain in the US Army from 1997 to 2002. Shane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Military Science from East Carolina University, earned in 1997.
