Laurie Hughey

Laurie Hughey is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral science and program management, currently serving as Program Director at The MENTOR Network since September 2016 and as Program Manager for BARC Developmental Services since October 2015. With a long tenure at Goodwill Industries of South Central California as a Vocational Trainer since December 2012, Laurie focuses on providing vocational training to employees. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director at Social Vocational Services, overseeing day programs for adults with developmental disabilities, and working as a Behavior Consultant at Diversified Support Services, where Laurie developed behavior modification plans. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology and a degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Ashford University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Corrections from Bakersfield College.
