Prashant Baliga

Prashant Baliga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal audit and management assurance. Currently serving as VP and Head of Management Assurance at BARC India since June 2016, Prashant previously held the position of AVP in the same field. Prior roles include Chief Manager at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd., where responsibilities included independent audits and implementing Enterprise Risk Management frameworks. Prashant's background also features key positions at Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore), Prudential UK, Unilever, and Deloitte, where expertise in risk-based audits and internal controls was developed across various industries and regions. Prashant holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a degree from the University of Mumbai.
