Stefany Sanchez

Stefany Sanchez is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales execution strategy and transformation management. Currently serving as the Sr. National Sales Execution Strategy Manager at Barcel USA since March 2020, Stefany leads the Transformation Management Office while promoting the Global Agile Strategy and developing agile frameworks to enhance project management efficiency. Previously, Stefany held significant roles at Grupo Bimbo, including co-founding the Global Agile Acceleration Tower and managing strategic alignments across multiple regions. Additional experience includes strategic planning and continuous improvement analysis at Televisa and consulting at Mundo Tool México. Stefany holds a Business Administration degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and various certifications in management and agile methodologies.
