Carola Morató

Carola Morató is a seasoned professional in communication, employer branding, and personal branding with extensive experience in multiple organizations. As a co-founder of Eshape since March 2020, Carola focuses on enhancing corporate value and talent attraction. In addition, Carola serves as an associate consultant at Employer Branding Lab and a lecturer in various business programs at EAE Business School and Ostelea. Prior roles include founder of ADNdeMARCA, where Carola developed employer branding programs, and trainer at Foment Formació and PIMEC. Carola's background includes a significant tenure at betevé in advertising and communication. Educational qualifications encompass degrees from the Universitat de Barcelona and EAE Business School, as well as ongoing studies in psychology at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and executive coaching certification from the Escuela Europea de Coaching.
