Gloria Boix Curos

Gloria Boix Curos is an experienced professional in city branding and event management, currently serving as the Head of City Branding Projects at Barcelona Activa since April 2022. Previously, Gloria worked at Mobile World Capital Barcelona as a Senior Event Manager, focusing on public-private events to promote the Digital Future Society and the roles of Barcelona and the Spanish government in digital humanism. Earlier experience includes roles at Pujadas, a Vollrath Company as Manager of Market Development, and at Fira Barcelona in the VIP Buyer's Department and Sales Department, where Gloria developed strategies to attract key clients and managed various trade shows. Gloria's career began at Messe Barcelona, promoting trade shows in German-speaking countries. Educated with a Master's in Digital Business from ISDI and a degree in German Studies from the Universitat de Barcelona, Gloria combines a strong marketing and event management background with a focus on digital transformation and community engagement.
