Oscar Peón Rojo

Oscar Peón Rojo serves as the CEO of OptimTRAINING since December 2004, specializing in business training and coaching in areas such as sales, customer experience, leadership, and communication skills. In addition to this role, Oscar is a member of the teaching faculty at IL3-Universitat de Barcelona and is an external instructor at the Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona, focusing on managerial skills and customer experience. Oscar also provides training at Barcelona Activa and teaches neuromarketing at European Business Factory. Previous experience includes being the CMO of Imotion Analytics and co-founding Peon&Gonzalez Asociados, along with a background in commercial representation with Impulse Geophysics. Educational qualifications include a Master in Neuromarketing from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and various certifications in customer experience and neuro-linguistic programming.
