Adam Halberg has extensive work experience in the culinary industry, holding various leadership roles. Adam started their career at Caffe Umbra in 2003 as a Chef de Cuisine and then moved to Via Matta as a Chef from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Barteca Restaurant Group as a Culinary Director and later became the SVP Culinary. Adam also served as the Culinary Director at bartaco from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant as the Culinary Director and went on to become the SVP - Culinary and then the SVP Operations. Adam was appointed as the President in 2018 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
Adam Halberg attended Emory University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies. Adam also attended The Art Institutes, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
