Peder Rippe

Peder Rippe is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in management and operations across various establishments. Currently serving as General Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar since May 2023, Peder previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at GPGH Group from September 2021 to July 2023, where responsibility included ensuring the quality of the food, beverage, and service experience.
