Wayne Barclay

Wayne Barclay is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in recruitment, training, technology, automation, and IT. Currently serving as Director at Barclay Jones since January 2010, Wayne has a proven track record in enhancing recruitment success. Previously, at Lorien, Wayne held the position of Head of IT, contributing to board-level decisions and managing a substantial budget across IT and Training departments. Prior roles include Group Head of IT at IHR Group and Ellis Fairbank, where Wayne led significant projects such as CRM development, office relocations, and IT integration for acquisitions, along with overseeing IT teams and departmental budgets. Wayne holds a BA (Hons) in Technology Management from the University of Bradford.
