Pavel Milke

Pavel Milke has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Pavel started their career as an Engine Apprentice at Ceres Terminals in 2007, where they performed maintenance on propulsion plants and auxiliary systems. Pavel then worked as a Nuclear Engineer at NAVSEA, US Navy, testing primary nuclear systems aboard US Aircraft Carriers.

In 2011, they became a 3rd Assistant Engineer at Maersk Line, where they assisted in main engine maintenance and overhauls, as well as mentored an apprentice engineer. Pavel continued their role as a 3rd Assistant Engineer at Transocean in 2012, ensuring continuous power on a dynamic position vessel and maintaining auxiliary systems.

In 2013, Pavel joined Barclay Water Management, Inc. as a Field Service Engineer, focusing on specialty treatments for controlling water chemistry in heating, cooling, process, and power generating systems. Pavel later became a Project Manager at Marine Group Boat Works in 2014, overseeing projects until 2015.

Pavel returned to Barclay Water Management, Inc. in 2015 as a Service Engineering Manager, where their responsibilities included designing, building, programming, and installing secondary disinfection equipment into facilities with critical needs. Pavel'smost recent battle was against legionella. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering.

Alongside their professional work, Pavel also served in the US Navy Reserve as a Strategic Sealift Officer (Lieutenant) since 2010, leading exercises and qualifying as a Sharp Shooter with the Beretta M9 Service Pistol. Overall, Pavel Milke has demonstrated expertise in engineering and project management roles in the maritime and water management industries.

Pavel Milke completed their education starting from 2002 until 2006 at Rumson Fair-Haven Regional High, where they obtained a degree in Marine Engineering Systems. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy, majoring in Marine Engineering Systems and graduating with a degree in Engineering.
