Binay Kumar Pandey

Binay Kumar Pandey is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in application support and technology operations within the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Application Support, Service Delivery, and TechOps at Barclays Bank PLC since May 2011, Binay manages the RUN function for the Bank's India operations. Prior to this role, Binay held several leadership positions, including Vice President at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where responsibilities included establishing a Global Support Model for Production and Technical Support. Binay's earlier experience includes management positions at Polaris Software Lab Ltd and various roles in systems and development. Educational qualifications include a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta and Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
