Faye Hird

Faye Hird is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business analysis and operational excellence. Currently serving as Vice President and Lead Business Analyst at Barclays since September 2018, Faye has previously held leadership positions at Aegon as Head of Operational Excellence, BlackRock as Vice President and Head of Business Analysis & Design, and EY as Project Manager/Manager. Faye's career began at Nationwide Building Society, where Faye worked as a Senior Business Analyst/Specialist Manager. Faye’s educational background includes A level qualifications in Human Biology, Psychology, PE, and Sports Related Science from Oaklands College, complemented by earlier education at St Albans Girls School.
