Federica Pignataro

Federica Pignataro currently serves as an AVP - Sustainability Engagement Manager at Barclays, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Federica was a Global Environmental Analyst at Bureau Veritas Group from September 2020 to January 2023. With experience as a Sustainability Executive at Considerate Hoteliers from November 2016 to January 2019, Federica managed sustainability strategies for clients and focused on environmental metrics. Earlier roles include positions as an Intern at Considerate Hoteliers, Environmental Representative and Environment and Sustainability Assistant at the University of Hertfordshire, where accomplishments included obtaining ISO 14001 accreditation. Federica holds a Master's degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of Hertfordshire, alongside an International Baccalaureate diploma from Marymount International School of Rome.
