Giuseppe Di Lella has extensive experience in the banking sector, primarily with Barclays, where has served since January 2001 in various leadership roles, including Head of Lending Origination Mutui - CQS & Personal Loan and Head of Survey & Solicitors Management. Responsibilities at Barclays include managing teams and overseeing BPO services for mortgage origination, portfolio management, and coordinating real estate valuations across retail, corporate, and small business segments. Prior to Barclays, Giuseppe held technical office leadership roles at Banca Woolwich and worked as a property valuator with UniCredit, along with experience as a freelance technical consultant for notarial studies in Rome. Giuseppe holds a Geometra degree from ITGeometri "Leon Battista Alberti" and has completed further education at Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti.
