Guadalupe Garay

Guadalupe Garay serves as the Director and Head of Information Technology for Mexico at Barclays since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Manager at Thomson Reuters from March 2021 to April 2023, and as Country IT Head for México at Covestro from February 2019 to March 2021, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating IT activities and ensuring compliance with IT regulations. Previous roles at UBS, spanning over 11 years, included Associate Director and IT Applications Manager, focusing on software development and project management. Guadalupe completed an MBA with a concentration in Senior Management and Strategy at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, and has participated in several entrepreneurship and global strategy programs at Babson College and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
