Humayun Rashid

Humayun Rashid has extensive experience in executive search and onboarding, currently serving as Head of Executive Search and Campus Onboarding Lead at Barclays since January 2017. Prior to this role, Humayun held the position of Onboarding Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority from November 2015 to January 2017. Early career positions included working as a Menswear Assistant at John Lewis & Partners. Humayun Rashid holds a BA (Hons) in Business & Marketing from London Metropolitan University.
