Moritz von Schaumann Werder

Moritz von Schaumann Werder currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search at METRO AG, responsible for global executive recruitment, onboarding, and enhancing digital recruitment solutions. Prior to this role, Moritz was Head of Global Hiring and Executive Search at Bayer, where a new executive talent acquisition strategy was developed. Earlier experiences include Associate Director at Page Executive, and Managing Consultant at Gemini Executive Search, focusing on the automotive and financial services sectors. Moritz also held various roles at Michael Page International, ranging from Executive Manager to Consultant. Moritz began the professional journey as a trainee at Dr.ing.h.c.F.Porsche AG and holds a Master of Science in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Strategy from Maastricht University, along with an European Baccalaureate from European School Culham.
