Joanne Hayes

Joanne Hayes is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in employee relations and employment law. Currently serving as the Head of Advisory for Global Investigations at Barclays since July 2014, Joanne provides leadership and strategic guidance. Prior roles include Employee Relations Vice President at RSA, where responsibilities included coaching senior managers on complex employee relations cases and handling Employment Tribunal claims. Joanne also served as an Employment Solicitor at Thompsons Solicitors, managing a significant caseload of complex employment law cases, and was a Partner at Lees Lloyd Whitley Solicitors, advising clients and leading a team of solicitors. Educational qualifications include a CPE and Legal Practice Course from Chester College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Politics from Liverpool John Moores University.
