With a strong background in strategic management and operational excellence, Karthik has led various global teams and functions, focusing on mainframe hardware, storage, and connectivity services. Previous roles include leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, IBM India Private Limited, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Karthik honed skills in mainframe network services and system programming.
