Kate Aaron

Kate Aaron has extensive experience in cybersecurity and project management, currently serving as the Head of Colleague Experience Change at Barclays since September 2014. Previous roles at Barclays include Third Party Remote Access Lead for External Cyber Assurance & Monitoring, Senior Cyber Security Manager, and Cyber Risk Lead (Vice President). Prior to Barclays, Kate worked at Premier Foods as a Senior PMO Analyst and provided commercial finance project support. Early career experience includes a Programming Project Manager position at IFE Services Ltd. Kate holds an educational background from The University of Salford, Fallibroome Sixth Form, and Tytherington County High School.
