Kathleen Keilman

Kathleen Keilman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Financial Crimes Operations-AML Quality Control and Operational Readiness at Barclays since August 2021, Kathleen previously held the position of Vice President in Delivery Management at Barclays Investment Bank. Prior roles include consultancy at Keilman Consulting, where processes were developed to support financial and personal goals, and significant leadership positions at Ralph Lauren, ITV Digital, and Xerox Europe. Kathleen holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BA with a double major in Business and Psychology from Muhlenberg College, as well as a specialized program in Corporate Aviation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
