Laura Okafor-Withers is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Sales Finance Director and Head of TWC Operations at Barclays since October 2022, Laura leads a global team to provide working capital finance solutions in a large universal bank. Previously, Laura was Director of Finance at Worldpay, overseeing a substantial team responsible for payment operations on a global scale, and held pivotal finance roles at diono®, AQA, Deloitte UK, Houghton International, Intrawest, Michelin, and Stagecoach Bus.
