Mike Malaney

Mike Malaney is the AVP Customer Revenue Management Program Lead at Barclays, where they leverage their extensive business experience along with expertise in teaching, coaching, and technology. Previously, Mike held various roles including Product Implementation Consultant and Project Manager at Lincoln Financial Group, as well as Math Teacher in the New Castle County Vocational/Technical School District, earning “Rookie of the Year” honors. They completed both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Delaware, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in their Master's program. With a strong background in project management and educational development, Mike is passionate about employing their diverse skills to foster growth and innovation.
