Neha Nigam

Neha Nigam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Director and Head of BGSC UK Branch and Service Management at Barclays since December 2018, Neha has previously held key roles including Director of UK Cards and Lending Operations. Neha's tenure at Barclays shared services from October 2008 to April 2020 included positions such as Head of HR, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Barclaycard Operations. Neha also served as Director of HR at Barclays from October 2016 to April 2020, and prior to this, held the role of Deputy General Manager at Firstsource Solutions Limited from August 2002 to October 2008. Neha began the career at GECIS in various roles from April 1999 to November 2001. Neha holds a degree in Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow, completed between 1996 and 1999.
