Nicoleen Naude

Nicoleen Naude serves as the Director Workday Implementation Lead at Barclays since July 2022, following prior roles at NTT Ltd. where Nicoleen held positions as Senior Vice President, Global Process Owner H2R and Senior Vice President, HR Digital Platforms from July 2019 to July 2022. At Dimension Data, from December 2006 to June 2019, Nicoleen managed the global HR technology strategy as the Head of COE Technology and Operations and oversaw global salary increases and performance management as a Senior Remuneration Specialist. Earlier in their career, Nicoleen worked at the Financial Services Board from September 1996 to November 2006 as a Senior Human Resources Officer. Nicoleen Naude holds a Matric degree from Kriel High School.
