Oliver Phillips

Oliver Phillips currently serves as the Regional Head of Sustainable Finance at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank since August 2023. Prior to this role, Oliver was the Africa & Middle East Lead for Sustainable Finance at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2018 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as Chef de Partie at The Wellington Arms from July 2016 to June 2018, where Oliver managed the entrée and dessert sections and developed skills in a high-pressure culinary environment. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Classics from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 2015 and 2018, and is a graduate of Abingdon School, class of 2014.
