Penny Browne

Penny Browne has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Head of Wellbeing at Barclays since September 2008, where previous roles included Business Manager - Employee Relations, Head of Design Authority and Business Readiness, Chief of Staff for HR Services, and Head of Change & COS. Prior to Barclays, Penny held the position of Change Manager for HR Operations at UBS Investment Bank from January 2007 to September 2008 and served as IB Infrastructure & Control EMEA Business Manager at JP Morgan Chase from 1998 to 2005. Penny holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, obtained in 1998.
