Prasad Upadhye

Prasad Upadhye, MBA, CAMS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and data analytics. Prasad has been with Barclays since July 2015, where roles have included Director and Head of BBPLC AML Transaction Monitoring, as well as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in AML Transaction Monitoring and Surveillance Optimization. Prior experience includes a position at KPMG US focused on data analytics within forensic technology, where Prasad played a key role in assessing transaction monitoring systems for international banks. Earlier career highlights include data analyst and marketing intern roles at Stony Brook University, and management positions in sales and service at Maser Electronics and Tikona Digital Networks. Prasad holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
