Pratheesh Nair, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process transformation and operational excellence. Currently serving as the VP and Head of Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation at Barclays in Risk Finance Treasury, Pratheesh has successfully implemented a Lean competency framework and performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives. Previous roles at Barclays include Global Head of Robotic Process Automation and Head of Operational Excellence, where Pratheesh led multiple projects focused on enhancing HR services and operational efficiencies. Prior to Barclays, Pratheesh worked at Qatar Airways in operational readiness and marketing, along with experience as a team manager in a call center environment. Pratheesh holds a PMP certification and degrees in Lean Improvement, Marketing Management, and Hospitality Management.
