Russell Wakefield

Russell Wakefield is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and service delivery. Currently serving as the GTIS Service Delivery Head for BX at Barclays since May 2020, Russell has previously held key positions at Credit Suisse as a Director and Technology Account Manager, overseeing global relationship management and major infrastructure projects from April 2009 to May 2020. Earlier roles include Global Infrastructure Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where Russell managed a team of 25 and was responsible for all infrastructure requirements for the IB Exotics & Hybrids Division, as well as various service delivery and support roles at IBM and CSC. Russell began a career in technical support at Royal & SunAlliance. Russell's educational background includes a degree in Maths for IT from Nottingham Trent University.
