Saurabh Gosain

Saurabh Gosain is an experienced professional with a significant tenure at Barclays since January 2008, currently serving as Managing Director of the CIO Group Sustainability and leading climate change initiatives. Saurabh has developed capabilities in change management, directing a team of over 200 professionals to achieve the bank's transformation goals through innovative partnerships and technology solutions. Previous roles at Barclays include leading strategic transformation in Africa, managing large-scale offshoring programs in the UAE, and building re-engineering capabilities across global operations. Prior to Barclays, Saurabh worked at GENPACT LLC, where operational management expertise was gained across various services for global insurance clients. Educational credentials include a Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School, a Management Advancement Program from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a degree in Industrial Relations from Delhi College of Arts & Commerce.
