Sian Inch

Sian Inch is a seasoned professional in quantitative analytics and model risk management, currently serving as Managing Director at Barclays since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Model Risk Management at Close Brothers, Director and Vice President at Barclays, and Manager of Wholesale Model Review at RBS. Sian's career began at HBOS as a Risk Analyst, followed by positions at Lloyds Banking Group and RBS, where expertise in model validation and data management was developed. Sian holds an MSc in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews and a BA in Accounting, Financial Management, and Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
